Placing Your First Call
When it comes to Medicare, some of our clients are just a few months away from signing up and some are years. That’s fine with us! No matter what stage you’re in, we’re here to guide you.
To get started, we want to know what you know about Medicare or other plans. We realize that everyone’s experience and understanding are different. Some might still need us to explain the basics and some may have been covered for years but are looking to make a switch.
Once we’ve established that, we will work on pricing out and comparing quotes. We take the time to explain why one company is different from another and what might be the best fit for you.
Selecting A Policy
In some cases, our clients are ready to decide on a policy after their first call. Others need more time. That’s ok! We won’t hang up until you have our direct contact info, so you can easily reach the same agent again.
If we don’t hear back from you, we will follow up. We know you’re busy, but we also don’t want you to miss important Medicare eligibility deadlines.
When you’re ready to move forward, we will help you through the steps of purchasing a policy. Often, we even share screens to collaborate as we make selections and complete the process.
